I purchased the UV DTF VF13 Pro. I was so excited when it arrived and anxious to get it setup. My husband and step-father helped with the setup on the printer itself, and I am so glad they did. My only complaint so far with the process is the major lack of instructions. There were no instructions provided with the printer. There was a card with a QR code to a video and online installation instructions however, they were for a machine that does not match mine. That made it fun to figure out how to install something over a bad that does not exist on my machine. Once we finally got the printer setup it was time to move to the software setup. According to the "online video and instructions", I was missing a USB flash drive to install the software. So I got online and into a chat with Tech support and this is where things got much easier. I was connected to someone immediately (no wait time) and they informed me that they no longer send the USB with the printer anymore and that it is downloadable. He remotely logged into my computer and worked his magic. He was so fast and had everything setup in no time flat. I was able to take photos of the printer and send them to him for his review and guidance, which was so nice. I was able to print my first thing with no problems. So far I love the printer, I just wish there were better instructions. I also think it would be nice to have a book or class on the software itself because there is alot of information that I am clueless about on the programs. But I guess I will figure them out as I go lol.

I just recently purchased a procolored printer. It worked great until the white stopped printing. I called tech support and they fixed it under 5 minutes. I was so thankful to have the support i need with this purchase. I recommend procolored printers they are great quality and are easy to use.

I'm regret buying the printer with Procolored, if I knew they were based in China I would've search for local retailers, the service is bad too, and I had to replace my print head already. I wish I could speak to someone over the phone when it comes to tech support, instead I have to use system, which SUCKS. Being chatting with them for hours on different days, was thinking of buying a another printer, this experience has changed my mind to go local.

F13 pro prints wonderful. Support has super helpful with assisting with setup.

My DTF printer is Amazing. I have never used a DTF printer before and this so easy. Tech Support was very helpful as I was not sure what I was doing. Great Product!!!
