The customer service is helpful but constant issues from day to day are completely exhausting and take away from anything thing the printer can produce. Hoping for long term improvement and decline for need of customer services

This machine is not worth it it’s very expensive and It will break and my experience I haven’t had the machine for 1year and I was changing parts with the engineer do not buy from this company I’m from uk had Uk engineer look at the machine and Uk engineer won’t fix it because it’s china make really upset and pissed off now I have a machine sitting in my room and it’s not working they will make you buy parts and parts for no reason my name is wavey I have been using it for business hobby my brand name is westaywavey waste so much money with procolored do not buy if I knew I would have problems like this never buy this machine now I have to buy new machine plus no warranty is on the machine they should be warranty because it’s very expensive equipment do not buy I would not even give them 2 stars 0 star I could be writing more reviews about this machine but no point don’t waste your money on the machine completely broke don’t even turn on anymore had enough off the company my advice will be stay away from the company

I can say it was packaged well and arrived on time. We purchased our pro color printer machine and it has never completely worked right. It would only print 3 prints and barely finish the 3rd print. Now it's down after just over a month printheads, motherboard and power supply. We have no idea how to fix this ourselves. They are providing videos through Skype its been 6 hours now and still working on it. The customs service is only through Skype and email. And that's not until 8 pm ct when we can get help. I would have never bought this machine if I would have known this. This is absolutely ridiculous. We are losing business. They should sent us a new machine with everything that's wrong with it. We did maintenance on it everyday since getting just a month an half ago. It's now 3 o'clock in the morning and we are tired. I had to trash a design and the lid dropped down kind of hard and the printer is done! We need some help here. Now they are telling us that ink pump is broke and we need to pay for it. I think they should be replacing the whole printer. No further help until tonight at 8pm Ct.
