The Procolored technical/engineer support was great. They worked with me for hours trying to get my issue resolved. As an Army retiree, I have been looking for what I want to do in my next stage in life and I felt DTF printing and a Tshirt business was the way to go. Unfortunately, I have been ripped off by the seller of my F13 DTF printer. I write all this to say, the Procolored team did not care about the acquisition of my printer and they have been there since day one to help. All things considered, I am glad I went with the Procolored brand.

After a bumpy road with my procolored printer, Tan the engineer who has walked me through taking apart my printer and switch out two ink lines that were in the wrong place when the printer was shipped to me. The printer is working beautiful now.

Customer service worked with me to resolve the issues I have. The engineers work along side you until you can figure out any issues the printer may have and will guide you to fix the issues. The engineers and after sales support team are friendly and professional.

The customer service technical support has always been helpful in helping me resolve issues. Communication is clear and the hours available for assistance have been easy to work with.

I was having issues with the printer until Trustpilot helped me. Not only that, but they also stayed until my problem was resolved. I am very much thankful for their assistance.

I’m new to DTF printing and Procolored has been amazing to work with. Their technical support is outstanding, what I appreciate most is that you can even reach them on weekends. It’s such a relief knowing someone is always available to help when you run into questions or issues. That kind of support really gives me confidence as I continue learning. I’m very happy with my experience so far and already looking forward to purchasing an additional DTF machine from them in the near future!
