Purchased the f13 and setup was a breeze. it printed my dtf transfer better than expected. The printer is extremely quite. I had to look inside to see if it was still printing. well worth the money. I spoke with customer service to help with my RIP software and was very satisfied. His expertise was fast and accurate.

They have support available 24/7 right now which is great, because finally I don't have to stay up all night to get to the bottom of my problems. Found the issue with my printer, provided the parts and now just waiting for delivery which is also less than a week so quite happy with the service after all, they have improved a lot recently and that is well appreciated!
