I purchased this print to start a side business after lots of research i choose the P13 model it is the news option available so i had to wait a couple of weeks but so far everything has been as described. I needed help getting the software setup and they were just a click away. They helped me walk through my issues and stayed with me until it was fixed

They are awesome, very reliable service, extremely knowledgeable always prompt to answer any questions. I never have to wait a long time to hear from them to troubleshoot anything. And they are always right with their diagnostics. They keep the stress off my shoulders by always working through any questions or problems I may be encountering. I would recommend their service and products to anyone!

I purchased a Procolored printer (Order #29273), and it has been nothing but problems from day one. The printer arrived incomplete (missing black ink). On first startup, it made loud mechanical noises. Their engineers had me spend hours troubleshooting, purchase tools, and even replace gears myself. The noise briefly stopped but quickly returned. The print quality was terrible — with swirls, banding, and distorted output. Multiple cleaning cycles only made it worse. Despite following every instruction (including syringe-cleaning the waste bin and sending videos), the printer has never produced acceptable prints. When I requested a refund, Procolored refused, citing a 7-day unopened return policy — which makes no sense for a defective product that was broken out of the box. Instead, they offered partial compensation, parts, and “VIP support,” none of which fix the fact that the printer is defective. I have now filed complaints with my bank and the Better Business Bureau, to start. This printer was expensive, but more importantly it has cost me time, money, and endless frustration. I strongly advise anyone considering Procolored to think twice — the product quality and after-sales support have been unacceptable.

DO NOT BUY A PROCOLORED DTF PRINTER. They are garbage and no support after purchase. They took my $6000 for a P13 model and than after 3 days won’t help me to get it to print properly. They are scammers.

Right out of the box it didn’t work right and in 3 very short weeks I had nothing working on my k13 printer. It started with the extraction pump, to the display not working to not printing white ink. I am so discouraged by this printer. The oven burns brown spots in the transfers so that doesn’t work either. Limited edition $3200 rip off #procolored #procoloredprinter

I couldn’t be happier with my Procolored DTF machine! The print quality is outstanding—crisp, vibrant, and consistent on every job. Setup was straightforward, and once I got going, it’s been a total game changer. What really stands out is the customer service. Anytime I had a question or needed guidance, the Procolored team was quick to respond, patient, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to succeed. If you’re on the fence about investing in a DTF printer, I can confidently say this one is worth it. Great machine, amazing results, and excellent support—highly recommend!
