I was having issues with my oven, and the Procolored techs are some of the best customer service techs I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They stayed on the chat with me for over and hour trying to help me. When the issue couldn't be resolved, they offered to send me a new heating plate. I will definitely contribute doing business with them and will tell others about their products and willingness to assist with setup and issues.

I've had my Panda Printer for over a year now and whenever something is wrong, I know I can count on the customer support team. They are very helpful and walk me through fixing it, even if it takes a while. They are very patient and knowledgeable. They get my printer working like new every time.

I have just started using the printer. I ran into some barriers during setup. I opened a chat to get past this bump int the road. Not only did they fix the problem, they stayed with me until setup was complete. That included calibrating, filling the ink, diagnostics and a first print (which turned out very good). You don't often get a live person who is guiding you and responsive to your exact question (as opposed to a bot or someone feeding pre-canned responses). I look forward to getting started on some projects and am not apprehensive if I run into a technical problem.
