I’m extremely frustrated with the ProColored A4. I’ve only had it for six months, and everything has already started falling apart. First, the ink clogged. Then the print head failed, followed by issues with the ribbon, and eventually it stopped printing certain colors altogether. It felt like one problem after another. The engineers offered some help, but only to a limited extent. They would send replacement parts, but only on the condition that I left them a good review, otherwise I would need to pay for parts. Overall, I regret purchasing this machine. DO NOT BUY THIS Machine unless you want headaches

I personally love this machine. It prints beautifully even when printing faces!!! I use it for personal use for holiday gifts, and I use it for my business. This has been the best purchase I have ever made. It's very easy to use.

Have had our machine for over a year, it can be frustrating at times but support chat always walks us through the issues and gets our printer back up and running.

I purchased my first printer earlier in the year and I have no complaints! The colors are vibrant and the printer is easy to use. If i have had any issues, support has been there every time and helped solve my problems with ease. I have enjoyed my first printer so much I purchased a second one.

I purchased the L1800 in August. It has been a bit of a learning curve, but I love my printer! I wish it was easier to learn to use and troubleshoot the printer. Maintenance has not been an issue for me, as people have stated. I DO leave my printer on all the time, so it performs self cleaning and I print at least every 2-3 days.

support is amazing when you have issues. Love this printer. I have the UV - A4. I use it everyday for my small business.
