the communication, patience and kindness, I always have had great customer service with Pro colored!

Well, first of all Buying my first DTF printer from Procolored was the best thing i could do for my Small and up growing Brand. I bought the P13 printer. The print quality is fantastic. the colors are vibrant and it feels natural when pressed on fabrics. i decide to use the ink and powder from Procolored and i can assure you that my decision was the best. Now let´s come to the customer service, since the very first day I had to contact the customer service because my printer stops in the middle of printing process. They immediately helped me resolve that issue because i did not set up my printer properly. Well today, I am here to give a preview because this is the second time I have contacted the customer service and what i like about them is their patience to help with whatever problem. This time also, it was my fault that the printer didn´t print white because my settings were changed. The customer service personel, helped me through various solutions till we were able to find the problem. This is something that most companies lack and trust me, i would always stick to Procolored products because they have the best quality and they´re customer sevice is one of the best i have ever witnessed. Just like how i already reccommened their products to a friend and he is happy with his printer, i will continue to reccommend them.

Technical support was amazing, they were patient and went through multiple steps to resolve my printer issue..They did not rush through any steps.I appreciate them for that.
