After being nervous all day because my printer had stopped working engineer, Peter Li knew exactly what to do and within 20-25 minutes my printer was back to working like nothing happened. I am so happy. He really helped me out.

I just want to say how happy I am with Procolored and their amazing support team! I had an issue with my printer that was really stressing me out because it kept stopping in the middle of printing. Thankfully, Procolored quickly helped me figure out the problem and guided me through the solution. Now my printer is working perfectly again and printing beautifully! I love my new printer! It is the Procolored K13 Lite in Pink. This is my first time ever using/ printing DTF and it has been a breeze. Also, their customer service is amazing! They have been able to help me with any minor user errors. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try DTF, but is hesitant.
