I have missed countless hours of trying to get help but nothing but circles of braindead conversation with over worked "engineers" I have never spent under 3 hours up to 8 with time suck conversations with these people. Save your money I promise it's a headache you don't want in your life. I'm mad at the influencers who get the machine for free and have "great" reviews. It's junk.

Please, have a think before you buy a dtf printer from procolored. It’s a company based in china, with no technical support in person anywhere else. The products are cheaper than the competition for a reason. They are poorly made, badly thought out. The installation process is painful, the instructions badly written, the video tutorials don’t cover the required running and maintenance of the machine properly, and are poorly made. We have had numerous problems with ink delivery, nozzles clogging, entire printheads failing after barely any use. The support service is not reliable, they take too long to come back to you and very often the process involves taking the machine apart. Please, please avoid this company, and ignore the AI overview and the false reviews.

If you give a good review, they send you free ink.

I wish I could rate this business a - 1. The K-Lite DTF printer is trash. The software looks lite a non experience developer created it as testing module to be completed later. You have to keep re-installing the software because it will revert to Chinese writing and not work. I have the red Donegal asked for the blue Donegal hoping to use the Pro Rip software but could not locate any instruction to install for Kite (l1300). The inks waste tank and/or bottle over fills/ up constantly leaking black ink all over. Now the waste pad software needs to be rest, evidently a common problem. I had to search for over two days to find the software to reset and the instructions. Mind you I do not think I've PRINTED over 30 IMAGES in TOTAL. Its amazing how its the greatest thing until you purchase and try to use..Its a piece of JUNK. I print a small image every day to avoid problems so I thought. Only to find out it really does not manner. Garbage in Garbage out. I saved up and was really excited to get this printer after doing my do diligences. Only to find out I've wasted and loss $3000.00.

spoke to 3 different engineers and still no solution to their printer that is under warranty that they 1st it was only the print head now its the motherboard and yet John or Jay the so called engineers say they cant find records and i have to send then what they said in the conversation. The printer is not fixed yet, DO NOT BUY THEY DONT FIX AND ITS NOT A CHEAP PRINTER TO JUST THROW AWAY DO TO THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT.

If i can rate this business a 1 I would I have had problems within months of the l1300 dtf printer I purchase for over $3000 and it is poorly made it is always breaking down having to speak with engineers for hours and days they are not even sympathetic. Every time I chat with someone they are constantly telling me to buy parts that are not even needed if i purchased all the parts they have advised I would have rebulilt thei whole dam inside of the machine takeit from personal expirence a waste of money and let down I thought I was going to be able to sale shirts and ended having to turn people down and give back money due to the inability to print this is a poorly made machine that will break down every 3 months worst decision I ever made and waste of money that i really Dont even have
