I have been using the Procolored F13 DTF Printer since June 2024, and it has completely transformed my custom apparel workflow. After more than two years of consistent use, I can confidently say that this machine is an absolute workhorse for anyone running a small- to medium-sized custom apparel setup. The print quality is outstanding. What really sets the F13 apart for long-term ownership is how well Procolored addressed the typical pain points of DTF printing. Clogging is a major issue with many DTF printers, but the white ink circulation and stirring system has kept things running smoothly. When the time came that I needed help with maintenance, their engineers were available and walked me through everything so that I could get up and going again ASAP! I'm so thankful for their help and guidance.

this is my second Procolored printer. I purchased a P13 and have been having a few issues getting to know the software. So far, Buck and the engineering team have been terrific in answering my questions and have been very patient with my being naive about how the software works. Loving the printer so far!

I was having some issues with my Procolored K13 Lite where the lights were blinking and I wasn’t able to print. I reached out to Procolored Support for help and was assisted right away by one of their representatives, Peter. Peter was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the troubleshooting process. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and how well he guided me through the issue. I’m very pleased with the support and after-care service I received from Procolored. Having reliable customer support like this makes a huge difference, especially when you rely on your equipment for your business. Great experience

The technical service is effective and efficient. They solve my problems in minutes. The printer requires care, like all printers of its type, but the team will be there to support you.

I purchased a Procolored K13 Lite and it has been a complete nightmare and a financial loss. The machine was defective from the day it arrived, and I have not been able to print a single thing or make any money. Here is how this company operates:The Warranty Trap: The warranty is incredibly short, and they claim that simply adding ink voids your warranty—which is impossible to avoid if you are trying to test a new printer.Refusal to Refund: They completely refuse to issue a refund or send a working replacement machine. They only offer to mail parts for a brand-new, broken machine.Ghosted by Support: Even if they send parts, you cannot get help. Their 1-877 number is essentially useless because the actual techs are in China (requiring late-night calls). I have been scheduled for a tech callback since August 2026 and have been completely ignored despite multiple emails.Ignored Legal Demands: I sent Procolored a formal Demand Letter giving them 5 days to respond with a working machine or my money back. They completely ignored it.Do not buy from Procolored. They currently hold an F-rating with the BBB. There are entire Facebook communities dedicated to people facing these exact same issues. I have officially filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, the Louisiana Attorney General, and the California Attorney General. I am also actively contacting legal representation to initiate a class-action lawsuit. Save your money and your sanity—stay far away.
