Amazing printer and excellent customer service! I absolutely love my Procolored K13 lite DTF printer. I received it a few months ago. I have contacted the customer service representatives for the ink reset and that is about it. Each time I have contacted them, I have been able to resolve it on the spot. The customer service is great and helpful. They are very responsive whenever I have needed assistance.

The customer service is amazing! Billson helped me and the level of patience was awesome! You don't see this type of customer service much these days. I am new to the DTF family but I have no doubt that Procolored will help me succeed!
