I contacted support for an issue with my printing, Hooly from after sales Customer support was prompt and connected me to an engineer. Engr Billson took over and we connected through team viewer and he then fix and updated my software. Guided me through the next steps of what to do next and there you go, L1800 printing great after the fix. Shout out to both of them! Thank you!

Ne prenez surtout pas procolored il vous la vende et une fois que vous avez mis lencre, même si la machine a un défaut, il vont vous dire pas de remboursement a partir que lencre soit mise dans l'imprimante. Le blanc sort 1 fois sur 2 il faut la nettoyer tout les jours et vous avez quand même des problèmes. Évité cette marque d'escrocs... Les gens qui vous la conseille sont paier pour ...

This is my first DTF printer and, overall, I’ve found the Procolored Lite K13 very easy to get started with. The setup was straightforward and I’d definitely say it’s beginner-friendly, even if you haven’t used a DTF printer before. Customer service has been a big plus as well. Whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve been on hand to support me and talk me through what I needed to do. There’s always a bit of a learning curve when you’re new to DTF printing, but the K13 has made the process a lot easier than I expected. Overall, I’m happy with it and I think it’s a good option for someone wanting to get into DTF printing without starting with something overly complicated.
