We bought this because my husband has a neurological problems, with motor skills and sensing where things are. He has problems brushing and flossing - even a waterpik was difficult. This is device is a game changer in many ways but I still have to floss him because it doesn't reach the back molars effectively and that's where he has an implant - food gets stuck there. So I am having to floss him, even though using Proclaim 2-3 x/day. Wish it was more effective at the back of the mouth. Hoping they improve the product for that. I have a lot of clients with Parkinson's disease and they, and anyone who has difficulty with fine motor skills, would be greatly helped using this device - but with limited results until the back molars can be reached too. Definitely think this limitation should be disclosed in advertising (even with a *) so it's not a surprise.

My periodontist recommended you to me. Since mouth care is most important in maintaining overall health I went for the recommendation. I just started using this and it's easy. Seems such a short time of flush, pleasurable, to do what is claimed. Let's see if it results show up as I will see perio in a few weeks.

The process of getting the device was straightforward. Very easy to connect to a scanning partner and the company was communicative when I reached out to check on the status. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the device does not clean my back teeth as effectively as the front. I feel that it’s super effective in the front of the mouth, but perhaps the jets could use some adjustment towards the back.

I love the product. I can both feel and see the difference. It did take about 3-4 weeks to deliver but definitely worth the wait.

So far I don’t feel great difference in my gums. The mouthpiece is hard to take it off and on, I would like a much larger reservoir, I think that woul help a lot,
