I give this a 2 because the mouthpiece…
I give this a 2 because the mouthpiece is hard and difficult to put in the mouth. It would have been nice if it were made of softer plastic.

The motor unit was faulty from the start. I am being sent a new unit but I didn't expect that with the high quality and price expected.

It's not strong enough to clean the back of my teeth. Not really feeling it so far

Thank you for your review, Monica! Proclaim does feel different than a traditional water flosser. Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water. Although it feels different, Proclaim has been shown to be highly effective in reducing bleeding, inflammation, and plaque accumulation! The idea of the system is really good…
The idea of the system is really good but the its doesn't fit properly and I feel its too hard when its attached to my tooth its had no flexibility . Even though I did 3D scan but its doesn't fit very well .I have to be very carefully when I insert it in my mouth .

Works OK but not strong enough
I still find myself needing to floss; not sure if it's my unit but even on 5 the jets don't fully clean in between my teeth.

Not a replacement for traditional flossing
It is effective in dislodging food particles between the teeth but it does not provide the benefit of healthy gums that normal flossing provides. My deepest pocket was a 4 when I used regular floss. After using Proclaim for 6 months my deepest pocket is now 6! This could be used in conjunction with regular flossing but it does not replace it. I’m adding to my review in response to the comments below from the company. Companies often respond to a negative review to give the impression that they care about the customer when in reality it’s just a ploy to give you that impression with no intention of following up with the review. Needless to say I have not heard from anyone employed by proclaim.

Doesn't replace flossing. Likely a waste of money.
I've had mine for a few months, and been to the dentist twice since I've used it. Despite the representations, it is not a replacement for flossing (the company doesn't claim it replaces brushing). Not sure it's worth anything to anyone who flosses already. But if you can't make yourself floss, it probably is good. My dentist couldn't see any difference. The dentist who recommended it was not my regular dentist, and was on the Proclaim payroll.
