I can swish water in my mouth and get the same result. Supposed to be better than a water pick, but not much more than just water coming through a straw. Such a HUGE waste of my money!

this is a complete rip-off- my portable water pik makes better contact and lasts longer than this elephant on your bathroom counter. after being "custom fit " the water barely reaches your teeth- there was still visible plaque and particles I needed to remove with a flosser.Im embarrassed I fell for this and lost several hundred dollars- they likely took the money and ran out of business

Broken machine & Terrible customer service. Several messages never returned.

I think the company is out of business now, I made an order, initially i got a few responses but then customer care stopped responding and I had to file a chargeback. I was looking for an extra retainer. Just be careful as you need to deal with CC to deal with chargebacks and who knows if they will file for bankruptcy or something and it will further complicate your funds.

The machine arrived with no reservoir for wdd as yet and broken mouthpiece. No way to reach your company. No one replies to my email or phone message after I dug around find the number. Maybe call me to rectify. 617-877-4286??

Normally this would have been a 5-star review. But I got my unit. The machine was amazing after a little bit. My machine stopped working. I called Proclaim 10 plus times to get this resolved. No callbacks. MSG after MSG. Months have gone by. Finally, last week I get an email from them saying sorry to hear about your problem, and giving me some tips such as trying to unplug the machine and plugging it back in as if I haven’t tried that. Anyway, I reply back to that email telling the lady the machine is broken and I need to send it back and get a new one. Nothing. No reply again. And it’s been weeks. You would think customer service would be better when you’re paying $1300 for a unit. So in short this machine is amazing but if you have a machine that goes bad I guess good luck trying to get a replacement or repair

I first used the proclaim machine in the United States, it was leaking but I decided to put tape around it. The plastic container where you put the water does not fully secure to the machine, everytime I put water, water shoots out of the 3 holes in the machine, making a mess, I told customer service back in August about my intention to take it to france to use, never once in the exchange did they mention that my warranty would get voided if I took it out of the United States, so now when I emailed them, they told me that my warranty is voided but I can pay $399 for a new system. Low quality machine and low quality customer service, genuine customer service would be telling me that it violates warranty but as a one time thing they can give me a new one. The machine should be high quality in the first place, do not get this product.

This thing is absolute trash and you all know it. Clearly hiding reviews on the site, deceptive marketing. It’s way over priced and the jets do not focus on every space in the mouth. I could have made a better mouthpiece by drilling holes in a football mouth guard. The only addition that would save it is a single jet that can be switched out. Crazy overpriced, waste of time to get the custom mold.
