Too early for a proper review
You asked me to rate my recent experience?. Yes I received the product. All parts were included. I am currently using it. I really won't know if it is doing what was promised until my next dental appointment which is 3 months away. I am puzzled as to what I can say at this early time about my experience. Thus the one star. I have no idea what Trustpilot is. I checked the box anyway.

I love this product
I love this product. I think it wll help a lot of people. Easy to set up and easy to use. Great mint flavor.

I heard about you from forever smiles…
I heard about you from forever smiles in Glencoe mn Dr Shawn knorr and his staff gave me a full mouth restoration they told me about proclaim and I love it thank you

Fine point
There was no status provided of delivery and it took a very long time. No explanation of bottle of additive use. Holder for mouth piece is just a box, not a place for mouthpiece. A cover for the mouthpiece, while attached would be useful.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. However the product was lackluster. For me personally the water pressure wasn’t strong enough and the length of time isn’t enough to clean in between my teeth. I love the concept, I will wait for a 2.0 version. 30seconds minimum plus stronger pressure.

We’re sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations, particularly regarding the water pressure and the cleaning duration. Proclaim does feel different than a traditional water flosser. Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water. Although it feels different, Proclaim is highly effective in reducing bleeding, inflammation, and plaque accumulation! We appreciate your suggestion for a stronger water pressure and a longer cleaning time. Your input is invaluable as we continuously work on improving our products. It doesn’t fit
UPDATE: within days of posting this review, proclaim reached out to me and sent me a UPS label to send the machine back to them. I will update here again once I get my refund, which hasn’t happened yet. But I’m a little more confident in their customer service now. It doesn’t fit. It doesn’t work. I would like a return and asked for one by email last week and haven’t heard back. So a horrible product and horrible customer service.

Good not great
Shopping experience was good. Shipping was as expected. Wish the product was more pronounced in mouth feel.
