Overall this is an incredible device. I question if the price should ever be above $199, as it merely a WaterPik deluxe. The speed in which is works, the efficiency is which it delivers is unmatched. The 2.0 edition will need to be lighter and smaller, but again as a 1st Gen product Proclaim has outdone themselves. Used 3X a day if not more as again it works.

Nice packaging and follow through.

I like using the device. Instruction for set up and use were clear and concise. It is easy to use, and I do not have any problem with water mess on sink or mirror. More helpful tips relative to use would be nice, like how many times a day can it be used and best to use before or after brushing. I appreciated how well it was packaged for shipping to prevent damage. I like the storage box for the mouthpiece. Mouth & teeth feel very clean after use. I feel like it was priced fairly for it's quality.

The unit is innovative and a new concept in deep cleaning around the gum line; The first unit works great; however, the second unit requires more than one try to get the light to turn on--so have to put back on docking station and retry.

Waiting for the long term usage results. If I am cracking the power to 4 my gums start bleeding and teeth shake .

The first one seemed like it wasn't working well with weaker than expected streams. I eventually reached out under warranty and it was replaced with e better one. Key test - fill up the tank, turn to maximum pressure and run. If it empties in 7 seconds then it is working correctly
