This process was way too long I ordered the unit in November and still have not received it. I have communicated with them and they have responded but still no product.

HUGE machine.... HUGE package - with lots of waste. VERY long delay in getting my machine AFTER the scan was complete. I waited 3-4 months... Its a very nice process to use it however. It does not clean as well as a waterpik - but it gets the job done in literally 10 seconds or less.
