While it did take longer to get my Proclaim that I expected, it was worth the wait. It's easy to use, super quick, and so much better than the other device I was using, which I hated. Customer service is first rate - they are quick to respond to questions. Two thumbs up!

I have tried a lot of cleaning methods, Proclaim has really come up with a fantastic way to keep my teeth and gums feeling awesome. I love this system.

I’m still on the fence whether to keep or return the Proclaim water flosser. While the unit seems well-built and it provides a fairly strong flow, it does not seem to direct the jets of water into the spaces between my teeth, especially the molars. I have fairly large spaces between my rear two molars, top and bottom, such that I use a rubber tipped gum pick that easily inserts in the space. A typical water pick can actually shoot water from the outer surface of my teeth/gum to the inside. But I don’t feel the water jet from my Proclaim making the same passage through. Perhaps my mouthpiece was not calibrated properly (?)

Nice product, cleans quickly. Not much more effective than top of the line water pik for cleaning, just quicker, and maybe that is worth it.

Let me say first and foremost the Proclaim clean is pretty much unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, so in that sense it’s sensation is difficult to explain. I’ve had it just over a week now. I’ll share what I’ve learned: 1) It will NOT replace any part of your oral hygiene regimen, it will simply improve upon it. 2) That goes for flossing as well; while proclaim will go a long way in assisting flossing, it mostly serves as powerwash/floss after traditional flossing. 3) It is probably the quickest route to that fresh mouth feeling available, when compared directly with flossing, brushing, or even mouth wash. 4) I find it most effective to floss traditionally, use the Proclaim, brush, then use mouth wash for my routine. Things to watch out for/common mistakes: •That custom mouth-piece is the crux of the system. It will not work with out a perfect 3D printed mold custom tailored to your personal bite. Be CAREFUL with it; it’s quite easy to drop. •It is QUITE unpleasant with anything but warm/hot water. I wouldn’t recommend running it without mouth temperature water. Things that could be improved: • The mouthpiece case; there is none and it’s a bit mind boggling that they dont have or include one. • My hot water takes 2-3 min to reach my bathroom every morning. Including a heating element for overnight temperature preparation would go a long way. • This device is not for anyone with future dental work like crowns on the schedule, a new mold would need to be cast everytime. I purchased this as a stop gap between completeing crowns I couldn’t afford at the moment as a compromise between maintaining dental health and price. When I do replace crowns, I’ll have to re-evaluate it’s effectiveness over 6-9 mos with my dentist.

Delivery time was not as promised

Best at home flosser! I mean it gets you clean! I would like a compact travel version since I can only use this at home and I travel 1/2 the month. Would be simple enough to have a compact size as well

I really like the oral health jet. However, I do wish it could some spray behind my back teeth (rearmost molars).
