I’m still doing my usual oral routine of brushing, flossing, and use of a Waterpik, but now I’ve added Proclaim as the closer. It’s fast, easy to use, and even though I still floss, using Proclaim just feels like I’m doing better for my teeth, and oral heath overall.

Does NOT replace Waterpik or floss, contrary to what their advertisement (pro)claims. The quality of the materials is superb and the customer service is very responsive, but sadly the main function of the unit is where they did not deliver. It's a great idea because it could be just a waterpik for all your teeth at once, but something about their jet shape and placement just does not do what it's supposed to. Proclaim does not wash out all food particles. I end up having to use waterpik every time to get the proper cleaning. That means that unless you use watperik after every proclaim treatment, all the plaque just grows there all it wants unchecked. I tried messaging the customer service, but they did not offer any solutions and just kept quoting their "study" that showed improvement in gum bleeding over time. When I asked about the incomplete cleaning, they essentially told me themselves that Proclaim does not replace waterpik and you should still use it. So what's the point in spending close to $1000 on a device that does not do what it claims to do? There is potential, but it needs more work because right now it's very raw and underdeveloped. Once the 3D scan is done, it's not enough to just place the jets where it feels right and forget about it, that just won't work. If they truly want a good product that delivers what it promises, they must streamline the customization process where the jet placement can be tested and adjusted to get the ideal placement for each tooth. The way it is right now it's just a cool gimmick that sadly ends up being a waste of time and money.
