Daniel Pedraza explained what was happening and helped me fasl a lot better I was terrified the coverage for my Xolair was going to be cut. In fact my fee was being lowered and the great service was continuing. I really after the fires don’t know what I would do without this service!

This morning I spoke with Jasmine who skillfully answered the questions I had. As in the past, I asked her to check on a particular brand of insulin that previously had not been available to me. She hesitated but said that it was not yet available. Less than ten minutes later she called me back to say that she had hesitated because she felt there was something we were missing and told me of a program that we could apply to for additional assistance. She took the necessary information over the phone, submitted the application and gave me instructions on how to proceed once I had received the correspondence. I never would have known of this avenue had she not brought it to me! And the fact that she did the legwork and gave me clear precise instructions is absolutely priceless to me! Your company and employees like Jasmine are truly a Godsend! Thank you SO MUCH!! Can I be President of your Fan Club??

Today Daniel is helping me with a repeated issue I have with my Dr. office non compliance. I find the staff at Prescription Lifeline to be very professional, caring, and genuine in their concern for me and helping me with my problem. Daniel is no exception. He is following the way of previous advocates that have assisted me with his kindness, patience, and ability to go above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate knowing that Prescription Lifeline understands that customer service doesn’t stop at completing the sale. Daniel Pedraza reminded me of that today. He made sure I understood, by the way he helped me, that customer service really begins when the “sale” of my membership was made. When dealing with my life preserving medications, I may not have my Dr. Office staff in my corner but I do have somebody that cares enough to help me, Prescription Lifeline and their great staff members like Daniel Pedraza.

Daniel helped my mother after she thought there was no other alternative. He notified us about a new Medicare plan that could help us out all year long. He was so patient and wonderful. He really is a life saver. This is World Class customer service, even when I thought all was lost he gave me a solution, above and beyond is what you can expect from Daniel. I contacted prescription life line when I had no where else to turn for my daughters prescription. The insurance would not cover it,I couldn't pay the $600 a month .Stannette Lee was so patient and kind through the whole interview ! Explaining everything multiple times. thank you again Stannette
