My employer recently changed the requirements for health coverage and I became ineligible. About 1000 phone calls later I did find something but the Rx plan wasnt good. I started investigating prescription assistance. I was dreading having to talk to anyone else about health care. But Robbyn Miller made the process totally painless. She immediately put me at ease. She was extremely helpful...and she had a sense of humor! I really appreciated that. Too often in my health care search I felt I was talking to a robot, not a real person. Thanks Robbyn :)

I spoke with rep Tara Kyle who is AMAZING! So personable, professional and kind. It was an incredible experience and she could not have helped me more. She even called me back to give me more info as promised. She is a wonderful young lady and I’m thrilled that she was able to work with me. Thank you Tara!! The 5 stars are for you!!!

I signed up for Prescription Lifeline without knowing that I would not be a candidate for most of their services while I still have private insurance through my employer. Within 6 months though, I will be on Medicare and will need the services of this company to help me reduce the cost of my medications. Angela Locklear spent an extended period of time explaining all of this, she answered all my questions, and clarified the timing of my involvement with Prescription Lifeline. I will definitely be calling Angela when I need assistance and recommend her wholeheartedly. She gets an A+ in customer service.
