Hi..... Sending a review for Noel. I suffer from chronic Bronchitis and breathing issues. I was taking Advair and my doctor sent the wrong prescription. Noel was on top of it and made sure my medication was delivered. Thanks will never be enough. She went above and beyond to help me get the right prescription. She is one of a kind !!! My doctor didn't even treat me with the respect and concern she did. I will remember her efforts always. It's not often you meet people like Noel .

I want to thank my patient advocate Stanette for her time patience and knowledge. My husband and I prior to Hurricane Harvey found out that we were dropped per UnitedHealthcare Insurance. With no insurance trying to pick up his medications for his COPD, early stage of Alzheimer's, and Glaucoma were to total close to $900 + a month. Stanette found a plan that would make it comfortable for us to get half of his medications for about $200 a month and other options but at the time prior to finalizing my payment plan and waiting for my social security check I found and was accepted by a government insurance. She took my insurance information and after research found that I was not eligible or the discounts not that rewarding as before for the program. Today your phone system called to tell me of the finalization and I called back. Stannette returned my call and we discussed what my plans are now. Talking with her made do more homework that was beneficial to our medicine needs. I really appreciate her concern and feedback. Stanette inform me that due to my husband turning 65 in May 2018 there's a new program starting. She will call me at that time with the program information. I do have the number for Prescription Life to sign us up for that program depending on the info. Through all the chaos of September, Stanette was a calming and informative advocate that made me feel special and had the patience to answer my list of questions. Thank you, Thank you Stannett.

The just did not explain the process adequately. You think at first you will be sent or have a prescription filled for zero dollars or a small copay. If you are on Medicare, you are screwed. The free Rx with a manufacturer card is not free. I had a Rx for 500$ a month. My medicare was billed 247 dollars and I was credited with 247 dollars for out of pocket copay. How long will this last before you are in the doughnut hole, especially when you have 9 other Rx to fill. Prescription Lifeline cancelled my membership, but would not refund any fees. We were still trying to do an appeal after Shire Pharmaceuticals refused my application. They Prescription Lifeline only gives you 30 days to cancel to possibly get a refund. I was denied because I had coverage under Medicare. Then they still want to keep you as a customer, I guess to continue collecting the 35$ a month charge for membership. They should have more know knowledge about people on Medicare. Why should I pay 85$ up front as a membership fee when I didn't receive any medication from their efforts. Then I would pay 50% of the medication cost towards the gap and a 35$ fee on top of all the other fees.Everything I would call the company, I was told something different. This is just a SCAM. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but not me.But I will say that everyone I spoke with was polite. What they should do is not charge all the fees until they know that they can help you and then go back and collect their fees..I, like everyone, am on a fixed and I don't have money to throw away. I WAS SO EXCITED THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND A PROGRAM TO HELP ME WITH MY MEDICINE THAT HELPED ME BUT COULD NOT AFFORD IT EVEN WITH INSURANCE.
