The representative Stanette went above…
The representative Stanette went above and beyond with helping me I have very expensive medications due a very accident an she took her time a was extremely patient with find the best lost cost company to help me I couldn't be more grateful!!!!!

Too many delays
I had difficulty submitting the proper forms. I either did not understand or was misinformed the exact forms required. I think the drug supplier shares some of the blame. I spoke with three different representatives. All three were very courteous and professional. In the end I was approved.

I really appreciate the service
I really appreciate the service. It literally has been a life saver for me. My only suggestion would be that emails would include the NAME of the prescription being sent as well as the notification that the prescription is being sent. One comes to my home and two go to my doctors office. Again I must say how much I appreciate this service.

I will talk to our IT Department to see if we can make some changes to better assist you. In the meantime, we can call you when the refills are placed to tell you exactly med was shipped out. I spoke with Angeleen Tueaday evening said she wld call in the morning and its now Thursday still no call back. I really thought she genuinely cared.
