I canceled services with them over a year and a half ago. I had requested from a Prescription Lifeline caller that contacted me, to cancel my services with them. I learned today that it was never canceled and that they had been charging me the "membership" fee for the past year in a half. They claim they have no record of the cancelation. The are a scam. They did show that they have not done one thing to assist me in the past two years but don't think they need to reimburse me for any money collected. Totally wrong!!

Friendly, caring,reliable! The advocates are so patient and easy to work with, they try to help in any way they can. I believe they will go way beyond what is expected of them or what others would be willing to do. There have been some changes in the last year or so as I understand it, whatever it is they are even better than ever. I have mentioned Prescription Lifeline to a number of my doctors, how the help they provide has changed my life, not nearly as stressful trying to figure how I can afford my meds, especially the insulins! This company is AMAZING!
