DISGUSTED!
Seemed nice and helpful in the beginning, until they got my initial $99 payment. I received their paperwork and found that they were using the same provider that I had used for more than ten years, Bausch Health, until I went on Medicare and a supplemental policy. So I contacted Bausch Health and was told I could appeal their deinial directly and, when approved, continue to receive my medication at NO COST. I then contacted Prescription Lifeline to request a refund and cancel my application since I don't want to pay $50 a month to them when I can handle it myself for free. I was told Prescription Lifeline would cancel the application but they WILL NOT refund the $99. CUSTOMER ADVOCATE? REALLY? NO NO NO NO! Please check your other options before applying with Prescription Lifeline!

Jan, After reviewing your account I see that we did issue a refund once the New Member Kit was returned to us as stipulated in our refund policy. Prescription Lifeline is very open about the fact that we are assisting our member in applying to the Manufacturer's Patient Assistance Program, getting approved for these programs can be a complicated process especially for members with multiple meds from different Manufacturers . Over years of experience we have compiled an extensive data base complete with all the rules and regulations for each of the manufactures that we work with. Once a member has been approved for a patient assistance program we then make sure that all refills are completed in a timely manner and communicate with both members and their physicians to ensure that they never miss a dose of their medication. Our members do see the value of the service we provide. Prescription Lifeline
