I have found and appreciate your help and care has been very good. I appreciate the concern you have shown and the help means so much.

I enrolled/applied to become a member of Prescription Lifeline, to obtain assistance in obtaining a medication ordered by my doctor. The copayment was not at all affordable. Prescription Lifeline explained who they are and what they do for members. The necessary documentation was forwarded to me for completion, with step by step instructions. A personal assistant was assigned to me, as an information resource if/when needed. I’m kept up to date via text/email, whenever important information needs to be relayed. I’m completely satisfied with Prescription Lifeline!

The customer service representative seemed to get an attitude when I didn't immediately sign up.

Gerald was very helpful when I called inquiring re Dificid. It worked out that the VA sent the Rx to me but Gerald was ready and waiting to assist as needed.
