Everyone was so friendly,helpful & thoughtful

From my first phone call to Lifeline I found the most professional Representatives who explained every detail and made the process very easy. Although I did not end up using this company (due to being able to get the drug I was calling on eventually through the insurance company), Lifeline refunded my enrollment application (which they did not really have to) as well as the first month's drug price. I absolutely will use this company in the future if I am ever in this same situation of needing unaffordable drugs. Where insurance companies cause stress when you need a drug with their outlandish prices, Lifeline is exactly that-a Lifeline in the situation. I highly recommend Lifeline.

They called on Thursday to say I would receive shipment on Friday. It did come on Friday as expected right on time! Thank you!!Very efficient!

The people I was in contact with were all delightful...as to the service, I paid the initial $99.00, I've had my paperwork in for some time and have not heard anything as to when I'll receive the medication! The cost for "fees" was deducted immediately, however, the delivery has not been as expedient, I suggest you check back with me on my total satisfaction! Patricia Tedesco

Received a courtesy call from advocates stating my prescriptions were sent out and I should be receiving them in an X amount of time. If they do not show give it a day or two longer due to the pandemic and weather slow down situations in other areas. The advocate very respectful and was a pleasure to speak with.
