You are all amazing! I am so happy I found Prescription Life. I would never be able to afford one of the prescriptions I need if it wasn't for this team. Your customer service is wonderful! Always courteous, helpful and doing anything they can to help. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This program has helped us tremendously. The cost of insulin can be so costly.

I deeply appreciate the opportunity to get my prescription from Prescription Line. Since I enrolled in your program I have recieved my prescription on a timely basis and at a price I can afford. If not for your assistance I would not be able to get the needed drug that I have to have. You are a lifesaver, thank you.

Very knowledgeable and informative

They fill out standard manufacturer assistance applications that can be found online. Check with your doctor's financial counselors before giving money to a company for a process that you can complete on your own or have your doctor's office assist you with.

Trina, I was sorry to hear you feel that way. Yes Prescription Lifeline does use the applications provided by the manufacturer because that is what is necessary to apply for the programs, but that is not all that we do here, getting approved for these programs can be a complicated process. Prescription Lifeline will provide members applications that are pre-printed with all the necessary info so that the member only has to sign and have the Dr sign the application. Over years of experience we have compiled an extensive data base complete with all the rules and regulations for each of the manufactures that we work with. Once a member has been approved for a patient assistance program we then make sure that all refills are completed in a timely manner and communicate with both members and their physicians to ensure that they never miss a dose of their medication. Our members recognize the value of the service we provide and choose to use us to their advantage. Prescription Lifeline

I faxed paperwork as requested to pharmacy and still did not receive my cymbalta Rx. When I phoned to investigate why, I was told I did not send paperwork. It was even supposed to be expedited. Karen worked with me via phone and after a lengthy time my questions were answered the best she could with info she had and problem was resolved. Cudos to Karen. I will see if this problem is resolved when I receive my Cymbalta in a few days. Very frustrating, but I am hopeful.
