I can not ask for more information. Jennette and team Pryor (forgot his name, sorry). Both of them were wonderful. I knew nothing until I talked to both of them. I really don't know what else to say. You should consider yourself LUCKY TO HAVE THEM WORKING FOR YOU!!!

It was generally a positive experience. Reps Kelly and Raven were very good. Only complaint is the intake calls to sign up were very detailed and time consuming 1.5 hours for the initial calls. I had to wait a long time for the second call to be answered so you may want to think about a "call back" to reduce the customer's call waiting.
