I received immediate attention when I called for help.

This the very first day. I had the pleasure of speaking with Gerald and Justin, amongst a couple other representatives I have never had a complaint. Nor anything but helpfulness. The only thing is that going through the whole process is a lenghty one..esp when someone cannot afford their medication at all and a important medications such Ozempic (insulin) and Xarelto a blood thinner, my father in law is out of medication and needs it asap and his Ozempic has been approved by the pharmaceutical company were just waiting on shipment and the Xarelto is now forwarded to Johnson & Johnston awaiting approval and than will be shipped so that should be another week or two atleast when he needs these medications asap. If u start paying and are accepted into the programs initially there shouldn't be a second approval process done by the Pharmaceutical companies in my opinion or else u wouldn't of been approved in the first place. It just makes the process longer esp for someone who needs these medications now!! We were told thr process would take 6 to 8 weeks and he has already paid 3 monthly payments and hasnt received any medication yet so basically he has paid the $150 initial one time fee understandable than the monthly fee of $99 dollars a month, which wouldn't be a problem if hes receiving his medications but seems the process has takwn much longer than we were told when these two medications are desperately needed thank God someone gave him a month supply of his insulin and he had xarelto to hold him over or it could of been life threatening without these medications. And soon he will be out completely so my only suggestion is that it shouldn't take 3 months for anyone to receive what they need to stay in good health.

I went through the process with an agent who submitted the information and later called and said I was approved. He refused to send me any information including the application for my review until I gave him my bank information including account number and ABA. His reasoning was I needed to trust them. I have nothing in writing to document my medications were approved and the exact charges. The charges are different than what is stated on the website. This is a business dealing. If they are legitimate why would they want money without any explanation/contract in writing? If there is a problem what recourse would I have. No credit cards are accepted which also concerns me because I could not dispute the charges for review by the credit card company

Prescription Lifeline is a membership based company that assist its members with the arduous process of getting enrolled into patient assistance programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. The reason banking information is requested prior to sending a membership agreement to a potential member is because the last 4 numbers of the the account are included in the membership agreement. It is an automated process and enrollment specialist do not have the ability to send a blank document. When a potential member is approved for membership with Prescription Lifeline it means that we have reviewed their income/insurance/medications and based on our extensive database and experience we will be able to get them approved for the patient assistance program that is providing their medication. There is still a lot of work needed to make that happen, but Prescription Lifeline is committed to assisting members with that process to ensure that happens.

Everyone was kind and careful. Chris was one I thought especially was patient and helpful although they all were. It's taking longer than I would have liked but it's not your fault, I know.
