The attention that I received was Exceptional. I was never left hanging. When I was transferred, they waited on the phone with me until the other party answered. Responses were prompt, The knowledge about the Service was wonderful. They guided me through getting them the information that they needed. Within the hour I had a call back from them, each team member I spoke with was compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive.

I joined this service to get help with the cost of medications. You charged a $50 membership fee and $69 monthly charge for medication. I completed and returned necessary paperwork. I realized this monthly fee was an administrative charge which seem ridiculous since these forms are completed on an annual basis. I feel this is an excessive since the only thing you do is provide the necessary prescription paperwork and forward the completed form to prescription company. I can obtain the forms, complete and mail to the drug company free of charge annually. I think your service is hurting the very people you claim to be assisting.

Prescription Lifeline assist its members obtain medications through pharmaceutical company sponsored patient assistance programs. Our company assists its members with every step of this process from submitting the initial application with the correct proof of income, making sure that refills are obtained so that there is no gap in medication throughout the enrollment period, to working with your doctor for any dosage changes that may occur through the enrollment period. Unfortunately your membership with us was cancelled before you had a chance to utilize all that we have to offer. After reviewing your account, as a show of good faith a partial refund will be issued.

Very professional and helpful. Had to repeat info I had already given. Many advocate telephone numbers given, which is helpful, so I will always be able to reach someone. Looking forward to lower Rx prices.
