Caller was very polite and appropriately friendly.

The person I spoke to was very helpful in answering all my questions

Reps are easy to work with in obtaining necessary information. Reps are very knowledgeable and patient whenever I've had to contact them.

Had a good experience from the start when getting information and signing up, starting with Clay then being transferred to Audrianna for completing some forms. Both were very friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable and patient! I am not real adept with my iPhone, don’t Know how to use many features Audrianna basically tutored me how to transfer the phone to email without losing the connection. Now I know thankfully! A pleasant time! I’ve found you have a top notch staff and system.

I was nervous and had no idea where to start or what to say, but everyone was so helpful and it all went very smoothly./

My agent was with me thru the entire transaction!

Representative understood my question and followed through effectively

Very kind and courteous. Explained very well so it was easy to understand.
