Because of my disease, I struggle with reading and responding to instructions. The Hatcher Team was available to answer all of my questions in a professional and compassionate manner. I didn't have to talk to a robot answering machine, I talked with a live person. I'm grateful for all of your help in completing the application.

They do not ever return phone calls. They told us that once we were enrolled, they would take care of all the paperwork to free us from all that hassle and paperwork, but, instead, they mail out packets of information that we need to fill out and send to our Dorctors. The paperwork that they do mail out has been slow to arrive, and because of that, we were unenrolled from our medication programs do to lapse in paperwork. And, reguardless of what they say, over the course of a year, they a either very slow or never call back, the time of the year has nothing to do with it!

Prescription Lifeline is a membership-based patient advocacy company that assist its members with completing and submitting the necessary documents to be approved for the patient assistance programs sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. While it is possible for our members to apply for Patient Assistance Programs on their own, it can be a complex and time-consuming process. We apologize that you had trouble with timely call backs, right now the call volume is very high due to most patient assistance programs requiring all participants re-enroll to their programs at the beginning of the year. We strive to provide the best service possible and are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations in this case.

They purposely did not call me to schedule delivery for my Epilepsy medication. When I called, I was told I needed to re certify. I did, and received an email and text saying I had been approved and my application had been sent to the pharmaceutical company for approval. After not hearing anything, I called back to find out I did not need to reapply, I needed to schedule a delivery which resulted in me being removed from the program. The issue was Prescription Lifeline was discontinuing the medication and purposely did not call me to schedule delivery like they had done the last 7 years. I’m disgusted with Prescription Lifeline and would not recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with their medication.

Prescription Lifeline would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the recent change in rules from the patient assistance program regarding your medication. Please know that we understand your frustration and want to ensure you that our company did not intentionally fail to contact you or remove your medication. As a membership-based company, Prescription Lifeline assists its members in completing and providing the necessary documents to ensure approval to patient assistance programs sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. Unfortunately, UCB, the patient assistance program that provides your medication, removed it for new members back in 2018. While existing members were allowed to continue receiving the medication, UCB recently changed its criteria from ordering a shipment every 180 days to every 90 days. As a result, you were removed from the program. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this situation. If you have any further concerns, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
