I am beating myself up that trusted this company. I did not check reviews before signing up, my mistake. They take forever to get applications processed. Kept telling me its being processed and it will be two weeks, then one week, then another week... I called. I finally faxed the application MYSELF DIRECTLY to Bausch along with all the documentation that Prescription RX had asked me for. Three days later Bausch approved my application and my medication was shipped. Save yourself the monthly fee, cut the middle man and work directly with the manufacturer.
