The chat line is helpful and responsive. I would rather talk to a person but I’m just old. I’m supposed to talk with someone about a $50 adjustment due to a price a price drop on the item I purchased.

The response time and how quickly the rep got on the phone was amazing. They also communicated well along the way and I received my door handles in a timely fashion

Unparalleled customer service!

We purchased the 42" Range Hood made by Zline, from Premium Home Source. They delivered very quickly and it arrived in good condition. We had looked for a wider hood, as we have an older 1948 O'Keefe and Merritt stove , which is 41" wide We had looked for one that wide for sometime. When we seen this one on the Premium website we knew it was the one. It has three baffles in the exhaust system. It has four speeds, and what's great about it, is that the highest speed is still not noisey like our old one. It also has two LED lights toward the back of the hood that can be rotated and it has two settings, a high and low. Also the hood was very easy to install, it being all stainless steel it really fits in and completes our Kitchen decor.

My husband purchased a Thor appliance package from premium home source a few months ago and we cannot say enough good things about the company and the products! The delivery was super fast and the products came very very well packages. The delivery guys were extremely friendly and helped us check the appliances to make sure there were no damages. We’ve been using the appliances for a few months now and they all work PERFECT! And they look amazing too - we especially love the gas range! I have already recommended Premium Home Source to my neighbour and they also purchased their package through them! Thanks to the entire team for helping my husband and I get the perfect dream kitchen!
