3 weeks later than quoted. Some parts are broken and dented.

Loved the Formo Fridge and dish washer but it arrived separately from range but good quality and service

I’m giving Premium Hime Source 4 stars. The communication between them and us was very good. The gas range we purchased was defective and it was up to us to find a repair technician. If Premium is selling certain brands (Forno) that are defective it should be up to them and the manufacturer to handle the problem not the customer. We opted for a refund but were left with discarding the range

Updated Review: Customer service returned the damaged fridge and replaced the damaged dishwasher face. The representative assigned to my claim was responsive and helpful. They have resolved the issue for me. Bought an appliance package with fridge, range and dishwasher. Wasn’t on the jobsite when delivery was received. Fridge and dishwasher were damaged severely. Also fridge did not have an ice maker. Tried to file a claim, all the customer service reps (everyone of which spoke broken english) were completely unhelpful. Said I just had to send a an email to support and hope for the best. As a builder this is the fist and last time I will work with this company.

Had a damaged item. My dishwasher had a dent in the handle and two scratches on the face.

I accidentally ordered 2 dish washers and was so stressed out I reached out late at night and got a response that my second order was canceled by 5 am I was so thankful and refunded within 24 house. Great customer service
