We purchased mini-splits from PHS in late 2022 for a new client's home. PHS's website is very user-friendly, and the ordering and delivery were fast and efficient. Our client had a minor issue recently with the unit and PHS quickly resolved the problem with excellent communication and a quick and free shipment of a new part. We love doing business with a company that stands behind the products they sell. Vandertuin Design/Build LLC, Vermont

Premium Home Source had everything I needed, when other companies said what I wanted was out of stock. Very easy website to order from and everything was delivered as promised in a timely fashion.

Premium Home Source (PHS) has become my “go to” for kitchen appliances because PHS is a “THOR” supplier and are customer centric. I use to purchase all of our appliances from LOWE’s until I found Premium Home Source.

This company has done very well for us as we were out of the country while we were arranging the delivery of our appliances that we had purchased through them. We were out of the country due to a death in the family and it was extremely hard time for us. They were able to coordinate on our behalf so that one of our deliveries would not have got sent back to the warehouse. And they helped us tremendously. The appliances are stunning and operate very well! We get nothing but compliments on them and we have nothing but compliments for this company!
