I bought my appliances online with Premium home source they were very helpful . As far as the delivery company that delivered the appliances a.m. transport the absolute worst I have ever encountered in my 60 years of living and will not even talk to you to help you resolve the issues. AM DELIVEIES OR AM transport horrible do not have them install your products because they won’t do the whole job and they’re super rude and messy also left white putty all over brand new appliances.. I bought a package of appliances named Brand Forno my double oven that’s electric has some issues it’s been a month, they haven’t found anyone to work on it in my area yet ( central California Valley) ..

For the past few months we have been dealing with PHS and to say we are displeased is an understatement. We have already returned 1 48" Fridge/Freezer due to not providing proper and the 2nd one different brand we recieved doesn't work and they refuse to resolve the issue by returning. There might be 2 agents that work there that actually help customers. I do not recommend.

Don’t Expect much help from anyone. They are basically an overseas call-center that drop ships everything. Also, don’t count on returning anything that you don’t need even if it is unopened.

Our Zline KL3i-30 range hood was ordered with CF1 charcoal filter for the recirculating feature, and also the trim mold. Fed EX rough handled the shipment which resulted in a broken transformer/ PC board cover. No problem getting a replacement cover shipped, but we discovered the trim mold covered up the recirculating holes, so because the web site said 30-day returns we called as to how to return the trim mold, and were curtly told I should have read the fine print, and they WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on accessories!
