Ordering our new THOR 36 inch gas range from Premium Home Source was a very easy and satisfying experience. They were the only source that had this range in stock. Shipping was free and delivery was on time. All in all it was a great transaction.

Shopping for appliances w/ PHS was terrific. 1st, my call was answered by Astrid, who was pleasant & professional, & treated me like a valued customer, even before I ordered anything! Our sales representative, Alex, answered all our questions (& there were many), took the time to explain different options & equipment, applications for our contractor, & factors to consider when making our final decision. Alex was extremely knowledgeable & helpful; he always called us back, responded w/ email diagrams & schematics when needed & followed up w/ us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We felt confident w/ the information that Alex provided throughout the process. We highly recommend PHS b/c of their great prices, package deals & exceptional customer service. The experience with Premium Home Source has been unlike anything else we’ve had when shopping online. They took the time to understand our kitchen design and suggest the right products for our needs. We ended up going with a brand new Thor appliance package and a range hood insert for our custom wooden hood. Originally I was going to just cover the wall mount hood but PHS suggested the insert and it would be more concealed and easier to install. My contractor didn’t even know that product existed! All of the appliances are beautiful and shipping and installation could not have been smoother. We had a few questions and called PHS and they were able to quickly clear things up! I would highly recommend shopping for your new appliances at PHS - they make things easy and stand behind their products!

Awesome retailer of luxury appliances! We did a full remodel of our kitchen and purchased all of our appliances from PHS. They guided me every step of the way and we were able to select the perfect set of appliances that match our kitchen specs. We especially love the range - we went with the zline 48 inch stove with the champagne bronze trim. It’s such a unique piece in our kitchen and I love the color!! Overall a great experience and we would gladly purchase from PHS again!
