I can't say enough great things about this company! The Appliance package we ordered arrived a few weeks early and was delivered in great shape, with a wonderful driver. Customer Service was great every time I spoke with them and even when I had to return something due to a contractor communication error, they agreed to waive the restocking fee since the request to cancel was received intake, but there was a small communication error. Best prices in the business!

So firstly - great pricing for my premium product, hence why I went to PHS and based on review of internet reviews. That's the good. Delivery was also quick given the product was on back order - so also good. Product arrived damaged - not so good for a premium brand and an expensive product. However, Customer Service (Wendy) resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. So overall a 4/5. Sometimes a company shows its worth when things do go wrong!

Thanks for your honest feedback and I am truly sorry about the damaged item. We hate for this to happen but I am glad Wendy was able to resolve the issue quickly. If there is anything else we can help with, please call or email us!

When buying a griddle plate for the gas stove we had earlier purchesed from them, I ordered the wrong griddle. Cuatomer service reached out to me to let me know my mistake and showed me the correct griddle for our stove. It saved me $44 too! Awesome customer service.

Glad to hear that our team caught this mistake and avoided the hassle of a return and reshipment. Love to hear that you saved money too :) Happy Cooking!
