Premium Home SourceReviews of premiumhomesource.com

We selected PHS for our kitchen renovation because they had the best prices available - also everything was delivered super fast and ahead of schedule. We’ve hosted a number of relatives at our home and they all ask the same question “where do you get these beautiful appliances??” , we’ve now recommended PHS to about 8-10 people who have also purchased their appliances here - everyone has the same amazing experience so I’m sure you will too! Very happy with how everything turned out and we’ll be back next summer when we re-do the guest house!

We recently purchased an entire new Thor kitchen suite and we’re so happy with our new appliances!! We cook almost every single night so we’ve gotten some good use out of every single appliance in our package. There were so many options when I was first shopping around but Premium Home Source did such a good job of being patient with me and helping narrow things down. The shipping was incredibly fast - they gave me an estimate of 1-2 weeks but it ended up coming in 3 days which we were super thrilled about!! I heard nightmare stories about appliances being delayed but PHS had all the inventory of what we needed and ships so fast!! Our neighbor is also doing their kitchen renovations and we recommended PHS - I can’t say enough great things about how smooth everything went!

As for the ordering from Home Source was fairly easy however their operators were hard to understand. The biggest issue is that they use a third-rate carrier (TForce) for their shipments (must be why shipping was free) My items have been sitting for 11 days now at the TForce terminal I have spoken with them several times and have scheduled delivers and waited just for the company to be a no show. Now I have to drive 4 hours round trip to their hub to make the pick-up myself unless I want to wait another 7 days to see if they are going to bring it. I have emailed Home Source 4 times now about the issue with only one response and that response was "have you contacted the carrier"? I would steer clear of Home Source for the simple fact of the carrier that they choose to do business with. If you google TForce you will find a multitude of complaints on their service. You cannot tell me that Home Source is not aware of this. UPDATE: I have been contacted by Premium Home Source they have advised me that they are not in charge of deciding who the carrier is that this is decided by the manufacture of the company of the unit. Premium Home Source has stepped up and offered me a $300.00 credit back for all of my inconvenience so KUDOS to Premium Home Source for trying to take care of their customers.

From Premium Home Source, I recently purchased a refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier. I have plenty of room in the refrigerator to store all of my food, including larger stuff. Thanks to the precise temperature control, which I can simply modify with the aid of the movable shelves, my food is always safe to consume and remains fresh. The refrigerator was delivered without a hitch and in excellent condition. The modern style looks wonderful in my kitchen. I wholeheartedly advise anyone looking for dependable and high-quality equipment to buy a refrigerator from Premium Home Source.

First of all my purchasing experience with Premium Home Source has been great. I purchased a Mr. Cool Minisplit system to install in my 250 year old house. (beats the pants off of the $100-$600 in window units I was replacing each year or the insane quotes from local HVAC companys). Shipping was fast as advertised and they have competitive pricing. As I was working on the install I needed to purchase additional linesets. I foolishly ordered couplers of the wrong size that would have been incompatible with my system. Rather than just shipping me the wrong parts and allowing me to be a victim of my own stupidity, these guys held my order and asked me if I was sure I knew what I was buying even showing me the parts I should have selected. On the 4th of July no less! Try that with Amazon! Saved me a bunch of time and the hassle of an exchange, all because they went the extra mile and know the products they sell. Don't let them tell you customer service is dead, it's alive and well at Premium Home Source.

BE AWARE! Please don't buy from them: poor customer service and extreme return\exchange policy. If I knew their return\exchange policy and how they treat customers, I would have not bought anything from them.

We bought a Forno package for our brand new kitchen and we LOVE them! The price was much much lower than other appliances brands we looked at and the quality is fantastic. The delivery team at PHS was outstanding – handled everything with care and was super easy to coordinate delivery dates and times. I’m very happy we bought this package through PHS – we had a very easy online shopping experience! I would highly recommend!
