Premium Home SourceReviews of premiumhomesource.com

Prices were good. When we called to make change, they were quick to accommodate our needs.

I have made four complete kitchen suite purchases of microwave drawer, refrigerator, fume hood, range/ cooktop, dishwasher, mimi-fridge and each have been perfect when they arrived......except one of the microwave drawers. One phone call, one week and no hassles later the replacement arrived. No issues at all! I would recommend PHS if you are looking for quality appliances for the price of a wharehouse supplier. Exactly what you need if you are budget concious and want a reputable company behind the purchase in case something was to go wrong.

We were totally impressed from ordering our lovely range to delivery and beyond. Our range is everything we wanted and more. It looks wonderful in our kitchen as well and could not be more happy.

Great resource with competitive pricing and a wide range of options (and price points). Very prompt delivery and great customer service.

Very fast shipping. (shipping company dropped the ball). Unit was well packaged and easy to install. After installation, unit worked flawlessly. Very happy with it.

We had to be patient as the unit was on back order, still faster than ordering from a brick & mortar place. It came well packaged and delivered right to my kitchen. Installation was easy to do myself. Very powerful, elegant range and hood. It will be moving with us should we ever move.

Premium Home source not only had the best prices on what we were looking for, they also have excellent customer service and give a military discount. Wendy made our experience awesome! Every inquiry I sent was responded to quickly, respectfully and with clear answers. We are very excited to get our new appliances.

The Person who assisted me was an engaging professional who efficiently met my request for information regarding the documentation of my purchase (tax purposes). She immediately retrieved the information and emailed it to me before we had even completed our phone conversation. Superlative and greatly appreciated assistance. Well done you!
