I ordered from here over a month ago. Nothing but delays, excuses and now defective and missing product. I’ve reached out to them via email atleast 10 times - just generic AI written responses. Took about a month to get my order when site says ships in 7-10 days. I ordered a mailbox, post and numbers. I didn’t receive my numbers and the post I got is broken and defective. I submit a claim on their site over a week ago, no response. I emailed them and messaged on Facebook over 10 times. Only response I get is “we’re a small family company blah blah”. You took my money, short shipped me product and sent defective product. I’ve boughten from atleast 500 e-commerce brands in my lifetime - this is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are unethical and shady. This is nothing more than a scam in my opinion. They should not be allowed to sell on Shopify platform anymore

*Willing to update my review if my concerns are resolved* I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Post & Porch has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a mailbox on May 11, and as of June 15, I still have not received it. There was no indication on the website that the item was backordered or that fulfillment would take more than a month. Had I known about the delay, I would have purchased from another company. What has been most frustrating is the lack of transparency. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have repeatedly been told that the mailbox would “ship next week.” According to my Shop account, a shipping label was created on May 28, but there have been no tracking updates or evidence that the package has actually been shipped. I understand that supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, and backorders happen. What customers deserve, however, is honest communication and realistic expectations. If an item is going to take weeks or months to arrive, that information should be clearly communicated before purchase, not after the order has been placed. I am preparing to list my home for sale and specifically purchased this mailbox with that timeline in mind. Instead, I have been left waiting for over a month with no clear delivery date and no meaningful updates. I hope someone from Post & Porch sees this review and takes the opportunity to improve communication with customers and resolve outstanding orders. A quality product is important, but so is trust, and unfortunately this experience has significantly damaged mine.

Placed an order on May 5th, 2026, and still have not received the mailbox post. They don't answer the customer service line and instead push you to email, then respond with a canned email stating they have supply issues. They are very good at charging your credit card immediately, but that's about it.

I ordered my mailbox on May 16th, and i still do not have my order. The company has poor communication, limited transparency, and has only reached out once to inform me that my order is shipping. If they have products on back order or cannot handle their order volume or keep inventory, then they should say so on the product page "TAKES 5 WEEKS TO SHIP". they take days to answer an email and are vague at best. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

At the time I ordered my mailbox, I was advertised an up to two week wait. It's now been 11 weeks, several emails, and several phone calls without any replies or product delivered. This company is clearly a scam, overcharging alibaba mailboxes by a fortune and swindling people out of money for products they have no intention of ever delivering. Will be reporting them to consumer protection.

As others have noted, they have given little thought as to accurate estimates for shipping. I ordered The Daily, which they said would take three weeks to ship. No problem, I knew that going in and they marked it on their site. I then decided after a few days to get the Malone instead, ordered it, and sent an email requesting cancellation of the Daily order, noting my upgrade! No response, even after their 1-3 business days request to respond to emails. In that time-frame of now 4 days, they have sent 6 marketing emails. Before you can say "it's probably automated", they sent an additional marketing email indicating an error in their Father's Day special, so clearly they have someone actively working on that and as such, have put more emphasis on promotion rather than actually fulfilling their orders. Their responses to other commenters suggest as a small business, they are having trouble fulfilling. Having a lot of orders is a good thing...so hire someone else to help! Update: Received a Large Malone. The Large Malone is not dual-shelled, making it not actually a Malone, but just a large Daily. (They should probably note this on their website as it is misleading at best). Returned it to exchange for an actual Malone, received another Large. Returned it, finally got an actual dual-shelled Malone. Nice product, but wasn't given screws to insert the adapter into my wood post. These are very nice, but I can't say I'm satisfied by the whole experience. 2 months from my first purchase to now isn't ideal for a mailbox.

It is now over 7 weeks from when my original order was placed. They took the money but no product. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to reach out to them and got a formula email back. I called got no response. I tried to post my TRUE story on their website as a review and they refused to post it saying it "didn't meet their criteria". A responsible company would set expectations and offer a refund. There's a reason why everyone is posting here. They won't post it on their own site. Totally unprofessional.

It’s been almost two months and I have yet to receive my mailbox and mailbox numbers. The money was taken months ago … yet I have no proxy. I’m starting to feel like this may not be a legitimate company. Buy at your own risk! Will absolutely NOT be recommending to anyone.
