Don't hold your breath. I ordered and confirmed a mailbox and post on July 7th. Got directly conflicting emails regarding a delay in shipping due to material shortage. Attempted to clarify with customer service who refused to give any specific timeline estimate but strung me along for a couple weeks. The mailbox arrived several weeks before the post. One of the corners was bent enough to impinge on the door opening and closing. I bent it back out of the way but it will never be perfect. The post finally arrived 8/31.
Install was simple and it looks good.
Surely they could offer a lower cost post option for customers mounting over a wood 4x4 that does not automatically include the mounting plate for a concrete slab.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever!
UPDATE: After I posted my review, Post & Porch reached out to me to rectify the situation. They sent me the correct mailbox, which I’m very happy with. I’m pleased with the customer service I received.
I ordered the Greetings Wall-Mounted Mailbox around Memorial Day and did not receive it until July 21—two months after ordering. Then, upon opening it, I discovered they sent me the wrong mailbox. They sent the Garden Wall-Mounted Mailbox, which is about three times the size as the one I ordered. It was too big to fit where I had wanted it.
After all that waiting, I was just instructed to send the mailbox back. They didn't even offer to send me the one I originally ordered.
I will NEVER order from them again.

Almost 8 weeks for delivery
I ordered my Mailbox on May 30, and the advertised delivery was 3 weeks. On June 15 it was moved to pre-transit. Yay it's coming soon! NOPE. It stayed listed as pre-transit for a month. When you reach out by email they respond only with AI. When you comment on Facebook they message you and respond by AI. The response is always the same: up to 2 more week. That's the response I got the third week of June, and that's the response I got the first week of July. I really want the mailbox and I'm willing to wait a reasonable time, but I wouldn't have ordered if they had said 7+ weeks. After reaching out again the second week of July, they sent me a message saying the order would ship over the weekend. On July 14, I received the post. Just the post, not mailbox. I immediately contacted Post & Porch and asked about the rest of my order and they responded it was shipping out "tomorrow". It took a few more day but I finally got a notice from FedEx that they had the package. It was finally delivered yesterday, July 22nd. Total time from order to receiving the product was 7 weeks and 5 days.
The mailbox is sturdy and seems to be built of quality materials, however the box inside the box was slightly out of square and the door was installed crooked so it rubbed on the inside of the opening. I was able to adjust the door so it wouldn't rub anymore, but it's still slightly crooked. No one will look at it as closely as me so they probably won't notice, but I sure wish it was right. I wouldn't order again.

Stay away from this company until Post…
Stay away from this company until Post & Porch updates their online store. They offer no indication of what items are in stock or backordered, and there's no heads up on lead times. Even worse, Post & Porch will print shipping labels for items that won't ship for over four weeks! This is no way to do business online.

Small US business or overseas drop shipper?
I placed a standard order on June 9 for a Malone Post‑Mounted Mailbox (Corten Steel/Patina, Regular) and a matching post. My card was charged immediately. The product page states a maximum shipping time of 14 days, and my order confirmation did not include any lead-time information.
A FedEx tracking number was created on June 22, but it never updated. After reviewing the FAQ, I found that the lead time listed on the product page is incorrect and that orders can take up to four weeks. Customer service later stated: “Our processing and shipping timeline for mailboxes is typically 2–5 weeks due to high demand and the made-to-order nature of our products. Shipping then takes an additional 5–10 business days after dispatch.”
On July 2, I requested my order be canceled. They responded the same day, offering a 15% discount instead of canceling. I declined and reiterated my cancellation request that same day.
It then took eight days for them to respond. They stated it would take an additional 5–10 days for their warehouse to process the cancellation. It is unclear whether an additional 5–10 days will be required for the refund to post to my credit card after that.
This process has taken far too long. Given their advertising presence on Google and availability on Amazon and Home Depot, the “made-to-order” claim is questionable. The extended and shifting timelines suggest overseas fulfillment.
Even accounting for the July 4th holiday, the delays are excessive and communication has been inconsistent. They have an F rating on BBB and reviews show the same issues since '23. Their other dba's are Modern Aspect and Herald Signs, LLC. They have no presence on LinkedIn, I question if they have any real stateside employees.

Fullfillment challenges and
As others have noted, they have given little thought as to accurate estimates for shipping. I ordered The Daily, which they said would take three weeks to ship. No problem, I knew that going in and they marked it on their site. I then decided after a few days to get the Malone instead, ordered it, and sent an email requesting cancellation of the Daily order, noting my upgrade! No response, even after their 1-3 business days request to respond to emails. In that time-frame of now 4 days, they have sent 6 marketing emails. Before you can say "it's probably automated", they sent an additional marketing email indicating an error in their Father's Day special, so clearly they have someone actively working on that and as such, have put more emphasis on promotion rather than actually fulfilling their orders. Their responses to other commenters suggest as a small business, they are having trouble fulfilling. Having a lot of orders is a good thing...so hire someone else to help!
Update:
Received a Large Malone. The Large Malone is not dual-shelled, making it not actually a Malone, but just a large Daily. (They should probably note this on their website as it is misleading at best). Returned it to exchange for an actual Malone, received another Large. Returned it, finally got an actual dual-shelled Malone. Nice product, but wasn't given screws to insert the adapter into my wood post. These are very nice, but I can't say I'm satisfied by the whole experience. 2 months from my first purchase to now isn't ideal for a mailbox.

slow customer service
I am trying to determine when the POST of my mailbox will arrive. it is now estimated at over 6 weeks from when original order was placed (and at that time there was no notification of such a delay). I have the mailbox and a hole dug, but then was notified (only after asking and waiting for a reply) that the post could be 3 more weeks. You can't get anyone by phone, emails take days. Seems as if the company is growing (AND STILL ADVERSTISING FOR MORE SALES) quicker than they are staffed to keep up. Not a good business model for lasting success.

Hi JP,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us!
We are a small company with a limited customer service team, and we’ve been struggling to keep up with a much higher volume of orders and emails lately.
If you send us your order information, I'd love to look into this to get your post sent out ASAP.
Thank you!
