I ordered a mailbox - total came to $271 - they never sent an order confirmation so I thought the order never went through. I ordered again. So, I got 2 mailboxes. When I returned one of them, I only got $225 back - the difference was supposedly for return shipping fees, and then there's some credit that's on my account for future purposes. I feel ripped off. UPDATE: they gave me the rest of the refund. Changing my review from 2 to 4 stars as a result.

Looks great! I ordered the Malone mailbox, post and numbers and couldn’t be happier. Everything arrived as expected - the new mailbox is such an upgrade. I wish I had done it sooner!

This was the last piece of updating the exterior of my home. Brings everything together. Looks so polished. Sturdy and so much larger. Hold packages easily (in the regular box), and I love the magnet doors and numbers. 100% recommend!

Absolute worst experience. I ordered a mailbox and post back in May. I received the post first and the mailbox was listed as delayed. I emailed multiple times without any answer. Found a number and called them but got a generic message saying that they are a small business etc. Never received a call back. Tried to get my bank to investigate and return my money as I only received A POST with NO MAILBOX. Apparently it was marked as “delivered” when the post was delivered and so now I am stuck having paid for a product I never even received. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I finally ended up having to purchase a mailbox and post from a competitor company and received their product within 2 weeks. Seems like bad business to advertise that you have the stock for items only for your customers to wait a ridiculous amount of time to receive or even not receive it at all!

I placed my order with Post and Porch in August and my card was immediately charged for the purchase. Going on eight weeks later, I had received a few of what felt like AI responses to emails that were promising the next week each time and still hadn’t received my package at the time of writing this review. Upon posting the review, one of the owners reached out to me directly wanting to find an appropriate resolution. My original order was shipped promptly following our conversation, arrived safely and is of exceptional quality. I am happy with the product and hopeful that this company’s customer experience grows to become exceptional as well.

Edit: I'm changing my rating up to 3 stars. After posting my original review, the company reached out to me and expedited the missing components. I was able to mount it on an existing cedar post with a little ingenuity and procuring my own hardware necessary for my existing post design. The mailbox looks great and beautifully matches the decor/style of our house. It also appears well built. That said, their order fulfillment can be a source of frustration - in my experience at least. Your mileage may vary.
