Absolute worst experience. I ordered a mailbox and post back in May. I received the post first and the mailbox was listed as delayed. I emailed multiple times without any answer. Found a number and called them but got a generic message saying that they are a small business etc. Never received a call back. Tried to get my bank to investigate and return my money as I only received A POST with NO MAILBOX. Apparently it was marked as “delivered” when the post was delivered and so now I am stuck having paid for a product I never even received. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I finally ended up having to purchase a mailbox and post from a competitor company and received their product within 2 weeks. Seems like bad business to advertise that you have the stock for items only for your customers to wait a ridiculous amount of time to receive or even not receive it at all!

Their customer service is horrible and their products take forever to be delivered. When my order was eventually delivered it was the wrong color. I emailed Customer Support and they say it takes at least 4 days for them to respond to your message. I called their customer service phone number and the mailbox is full. This is totally unacceptable.

High quality construction - once I FINALLY received it. That is the only thing in the box. They show a nice mailbox on a post. They failed to mention accesories need for a complete instalation. Customer Service? What customer service. I called over 6 times, LM, no call back!!! I found out that I needed a adapter plat for the 4 x 4. It took as long as the mailbox. Once I received the adapter plate, to my astonishment, they did not include the 4 screws ($.82)needed. I emailed requesting detailed info (size, thread count...)- no reply? I had to take the box to Lowes to physically find the correct mounting bolts. What a JOKE Run Forrest Run

Was excited to order a beautiful new mailbox for my brand new home, Post and Porch did their very best to RUIN the experience for me. At first it started with a significant delay for the mailbox I ordered, then they asked me to pay more for an upgraded mailbox that was supposedly immediately available. After paying for the upgrade and experiencing further delays, a package arrived with everything EXCEPT the mailbox (post and magnetic mailbox numbers). Customer service was non-existent and HORRIBLE. There is no one to speak with; they've 100% percent given up trying to respond to phone calls. Call their customer service number and hear it for yourself. They also say they need 4-7 business days to respond to emails. When I just tried to cancel my order and move on, I learned that they do not issue refunds. I was luckily able to resolve the issue directly with my credit card company. This place is a rip off.

I placed my order for a wall mounted mailbox on May, 20 2026. It is now August 9 and I have not received it. Post and Porch responded to one of my emails 2 months ago but none since. Feeling very frustrated!

Ordered June 20th, still have no received mailbox or mailbox numbers. Have emailed customer service multiple times and was advised that “it’s set to ship out next week” and then nothing happens. Wish I had done more research before ordering. At this point, will have place a charge back with the bank and purchase a new box from a different company. Complete jokes, do not order.

I ordered a mailbox in May, and my credit card was charged immediately. Months later, I still have not received my order. I’ve contacted the company multiple times for an update, but the issue has not been resolved. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to recover my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

We still have yet to receive our order and it’s been over two months…it hasn’t even shipped yet.
