Ordered on a Sunday at 10 am, canceled order at 4pm. Thought all was done, got an emailnext day at 5pm they already shipped item. I called and the man said he would cancel. Got a another employee said I have to take a photo of the item then they would send me return slip, still have not heard. I think I will keep the item just to be able to bad mouth them.

Ordered product 18 days ago, have not received the product. I called they told me they would call me back in a few hours, never did. 3 days later I called again... they have not explanation ... I asked for a refund, they tell me that will take 7 business days..Really? They took my money out of my account as soon as I ordered.....Horrible!!!!

Failed to ship for 3 weeks, charged my card at the time of placing the order. Customer service never provided an explanation when the item will ship. I cancelled the order and got the item from a local store. A week later this company sends me a tracking number. Sorry, I already purchased the item elsewhere. Unprofessional, unresponsive and no customer service.

Paid for next day air shipping, was told following day only ordered placed before 9 AM are shipped that day. part was ordered 1:30 in afternoon

Bad return policy tried to return product and they wanted me to contact support and I inform them I did not like the equipment to heavy for me and it was within the 30 days and they still kept 25 % of my money they are a rip off will never order from them again and I will tell everyone I know

Be aware of Strict 30 day return policy. I ordered a pool pump that turned out to be the wrong size. Never installed, new in box. Got unexpected contract job, and did not have time to complete the repair or use the pool. Pool supply still sells this item, and has the one that I need, but when asking to return, and get the correct item, Not Interested in helping me at all. Staff is very friendly though, even when telling you to go away.

Pool Supply World sold me an old version of some pool equipment that they had in their warehouse. I am not able to use this equipment with the latest features because the unit they sold me was two years old when they sold it to me. The more recent version that I needed was out for over a year already, but Pool Supply World only had old stock and sold it to me as if it was the latest revision. I now would need to spend over $300 more to get the feature that I wanted to work. Pool Supply World told me that they sell whatever is in their stock, no matter how old it is, and they consider it to be the latest! Buyer Beware! If you shop with Pool Supply World you will get what they have in stock, even if it is years old and outdated revisions. They don't seem to care.

I ordered a Barracuda G3 on the 13th. When i ordered it the website said it would arrive on the 21st. I figured that would be fine. They didn't ship it until the 20th. Unless they were going to overnight it the was no way it was going to get there on the 21st. I ended up getting it on the 25th. It's not like they had to fabricate something. Just drop it in the mail. Poor shipping service. I think this business is run out of a garage. One star for at least getting it to me. I'll use someone else next time.
