Shady - I reached out regarding an unauthorized transaction and tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. I was put on hold for a few seconds, and was eventually told I have to go thru the third-party to file a claim (which I had already). The second I hung up the phone I got a confirmation saying the order was shipped. So it seemed like they wanted to process things on their end quickly to make sure they get paid for an unauthorized transcation on my expense...tsk tsk

A non-consumer friendly business. Company sent wrong part and refuses to exchange or refund monies. Has ludicrous RMA policy. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP-OFF!!

This company has delivered to me twice, two different open box, used items that were sold as brand new for a brand new price. Do not do business with them. They have demonstrated very low integrity and after the issue was brought up with their customer service team, they managed to send me a different open box item. Save yourselves the time and grief of buying and dealing with them, buy from a reputable vendor.

Ordered a skimmer cover. It did not fit my skimmer but lo and behold their Return Policy states items under $25 cannot be returned. Well, I won't be returning with my business either.

Purchased a Pentair Rainbow 300 Chlorinator from PoolSupplyWorld.com. Regularly $94, but on sale for $54 with free delivery. The picture on the website shows a valve attached to the chlorinator that regulates the flow of water into the chlorinator (I know this also because I am replacing a Rainbow 300 because the valve is clogged). When I open the box, the chlorinator is just free floating in the box and the valve is missing. Though this is a durable plastic item, you would still think there is some cardboard or something so the item is not jostling freely in the box. The box is also partially collapsed. There are no instructions or any other parts in the box. They tell me that there are no additional parts with the chlorinator and I have to buy the "parts kit" separately. I say at least I know by your picture on the internet as well as on the box that the "Regulator Valve" is supposed to be included. The box in fact has a statement "External Fine-Control valve for precise feed adjustment". By the way all this is done via email since there was a wait to talk to a person. I tell them I want to return it, since it is not the item that was shown on the website. They email me an RMA # and tell me that it will cost me $10 to ship it back and a 15% restocking fee. I am outraged. Basically you show in the picture on the site a chlorinator with the control valve attached, the box that it was sent to me in shows the Control Valve, just like the picture on the Website and the box says the Control Value is on there. They say it does not say the control valve is included on the site or any other parts. I say it does not say there is a "Cap" with "Seal" either but it came with it. I decide to call on 11/27 4:35pm EST and I get who appears to be a very nice Customer Service person - Jaqueline 800-772-0467, who says she understands and wanted to talk to her "supervisor" and would call me back tonight. Wow, but I explain to her that there are only two options that would keep me as a customer: For them to send me the valve or to let me return it with no charge. She said she would advise her supervisor and we hung up. Well it is 7:12pm EST and no call.

Absolutely no stars! Bought a 5 year solar blanket. In 15 months bubbles stated coming off ( blue lenses) and the company stated it was caused by over chemical! Our pool was keep perfect by our tech and I always checked after the tech and it was always perfect! This company should be turned into the BBB! They refused to replace my solar blanket! Pooh on this company!!!

Very difficult to get a human voice on the line. Customer service is negligible Left messages including email for a return that was inputed into their system wrong. You must speak to a representative to get a #number to fill out their return form. 15% restocking fee, $10 shipping fee, nothing under $25 maybe returned. Buyer beware!
